What Are Ramen Noodles?

It’s a well-known fact that ramen noodles are delicious, but what exactly are they? What does it mean to be a ramen noodle? Which noodles are the best? How can you make your own at home?

Ramen noodles are a staple of Japanese cuisine and they are created by mixing wheat flour with water in a ratio of approximately 1:1. The noodles are then boiled, seasoned, and stored in the refrigerator. After thawing, they can be cooked immediately or stored at room temperature for up to 7 days. This is the great thing about Ramen noodles – they can be cooked and enjoyed as much as you want! You can have them all day long, or just for using to make a tasty soup for dinner tonight.
